Damjanic- Clemente Blanc is a complex bouquet, dominated by the expressive fruity aroma of ripe apples, peaches and pears, the floral aromas of acacia flowers and field flowers.

It is fresh, warm, salty and soft. The taste is rich, rounded and lasting, extremely complex and elegant wine.

Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, steel 8 months and 14 months in bottles. Grape variety mix Istrian Malvasia, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc

Pairs well with seafood, steaks and truffle dishes.
