Pelinkovac ( wormwood based Liqueur ) Epulon of the Rossi family pays homage to Epulon, Istrian Legendary King.

The nose dominated by wormwood, followed by vanilla, caramel and citrus notes. The bitterness of wormwood is finely balanced with notes of citrus fruits, anise, vanilla and caramel.

Serve chilled with ice, lemon or orange peel.
