Extra virgin Olive Oil Istarska Kapljica 250ml

Istarska Kapljica Premium Extra Virgin olive oil is produced by cold pressing of olives from Kapljica olive groves in Istria, a blend of mono cultivar extra virgin oil, Leccino, Pendolino and Istarska Bijelica, which as such creates a specific harmony of taste in the palate. This blend of extra virgin olive oils is characterized by a yellow- gold colour with discreet shades of  green, the taste and aroma are reminiscent of fresh olive fruit and green grass, with its moderate bitterness and spiciness.

Pairs well with fresh raw fish, various salads, vegetables and cheeses.
