Award winning Croatian Craft Gin Old Pilots produced with special distillation and state of the art technology using selected all natural Croatian Botanicals : Juniper berries, orange, Lavendar, sage, olive leaves and angelica. Mediterranean and continental parts of Croatia in a single bottle.

Old Pilots Barrel Aged Craft Gin is rested in 5 different barrels, Croatian Oak and American Oak barrels they use 6 Croatian botanicals hand picked botanicals from the Mediterranean and continental parts of Croatia.

American Oak give us the sweetness, vanilla and smokiness at the back the Croatian Oak  builds pleasant bitterness and dry fruit.

Full process from preparation, distillation, maturation, bottling, labelling and wax sealing are done by hand, every bottle is special and unique.
