Old Pilots Barrel Aged Craft Gin is rested in 5 different barrels, Croatian Oak and American Oak barrels they use 6 Croatian botanicals hand picked botanicals from the Mediterranean and continental parts of Croatia.

American Oak give us the sweetness, vanilla and smokiness at the back the Croatian Oak  builds pleasant bitterness and dry fruit.

Full process from preparation, distillation, maturation, bottling, labelling and wax sealing are done by hand, every bottle is special and unique.

Alcohol 45.5%

Perfect for cocktails usually mixed with whisky.
