This Frankovka from Ilok which is located in the far eastern part of Croatia situated alongside the Danube River is a variety grown here for centuries.

Colour is a ruby red ,taste is intense , long lasting, fine and bright with tones of vanilla , pepper and dark chocolate.

The aroma is fruity on ripe cherries and blackberries, complex and balanced.
