Mercs Krauthaker Winery 750ml 2021

Mercs is a quality dry red wine and is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot , ripening in the Oak barrel 16 months.

Scent is of black currants with ripe plums , tones of dried flowers and liquorish. Structured wine with strong tannins , good acidity, very intense final which brings touches of dried fruits.

This wine deserves 30 minutes ventilation in decanter.

Pairs well with meat dishes and strong cheeses
