Dingac Reserva Premium Skaramuca 750ml

Dingac Reserva comes form the Dingac region of Peljesac Peninsula , recognised by the Geneva Convention in 1961

This wine begins with selected harvest of the best grapes of 100% Plavac Mali followed by aging in Oak Barrels. Aroma of ripe fruit and rose petals is balanced with spicy notes of vanilla.

Flavours are well rounded with ripe fruit , earthiness , spice and firm silky tannins. Organically grown with only natural fertilizers and yeasts used. Manually handpicked and aged 9 months in a Baroque Oak barrels , 12 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle before its released

Serve with red meats, game  dishes , blue vein cheese
