Dingac from Peljesac Peninsula with Mediterranean climate on a steep 45 degree south facing vineyards overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Altitude levels range between sea level and 1,000 meters, with extremely dry, windy conditions are ideal for organic farming , poor rocky soils , limestone mostly. This grape variety Plavac Mali is manually harvested due to the steepness of the location where it grows.
Tasting notes , masculine wine of high extract , great structure and aging potential .Intense black fruit on the nose along with a note of dry hay and leather. Full bodied with ample acidity and tannins to support the deep fruit of plums, figs , blueberries and earthy notes on the palate.
Matured for 12 months in 225lt French Oak Barrels , 25% new Oak , course filtration , one year in bottles before release
